Speed Network Lunch Event
LinkedIn hosted the students for a ‘speed networking’ session with their employees over lunch plus walk them through a LinkedIn 101 training. The networking session was focused more on soft skills interviewing tips but could explored blending some feedback on technical interviews skills.

He was the Director of Engineering at Coinbase, an American company that operates a cryptocurrency exchange platform. His specialities include Cloud Engineering and Software Backend Infrastructure. He graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems. Ola has led engineering teams at Dell, Expedia, Microsoft, Adobe, Fastly, and Dropbox. Ola embraces the Growth Mindset and has passion for growing and connecting people in tech.
Bisayo Atolagbe

Bisayo Atolagbe is the Head of Technical Program Management at Lucid Motors. She graduated from the University of Ilorin in Kwara State, Nigeria in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. After graduating, she worked at Skannet General Data Engineering Services in Nigeria. She then went on to get her Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering at the Queen Mary University of London in 2009. Then she worked as a Project Manager at tellallmyfriends before moving to Risk Management Services and working there for 11 years. Bisayo also founded the Agape International School which provides free education for less privileged children in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Cheick Camara

Cheick manages a team 40+ people within the Technical Program Management, Architecture & Strategy, and Business Operations in the Engineering Organization. He has been one of the leading voices at ServiceNow when it comes to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Cheick also created a volunteer-based program called “DEI at PSSI” which amplifies company-wide DEI initiatives by focusing on three key areas: Recruiting and Retention, Learning & Development, and Community Outreach.
Due to his impactful leadership through DEI at PSSI, recently the program has seen an increase of 15% in Underrepresented Minority (URM) students for their engineering internship program. Cheick is a very active volunteer with the Second Harvest Food Bank and is now the Vice President of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. He recently was accepted into Stanford University Graduate School’s Business Executive, Black Leaders Program and serves as a board member for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley. Prior to ServiceNow, Cheick was a Sr Director/Chief of Staff to one of Silicon Valley’s biggest names, Bill Coleman of Veritas.

Anthony Okoro is the Senior Director and Head of Ads New Ventures at Ebay, one of the most successful e-commerce companies in the world. He received his bachelor's in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and received his master's in business administration from ++ an integral role in business development. He also worked at EY and Facebook before returning to Ebay as a Senior Director.

Tobi Bosede is the founder and CEO of Ilekun Health. Ilekun Health is a payment platform for healthcare comparison shopping that gets patients' upfront pricing and providers paid faster using AI. She is helping 37 million underinsured get better dental care, ushering in a new chapter in US health insurance. She is recognized as one of "12 women in machine learning to watch" by Samasource, Tobi is a leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and is considered an expert in ML and data science. She is also versed in big data tools such as Spark, AWS, Docker, and Kafka as well as statistics, software engineering, and ML algorithms.
Additionally, Tobi is a trained applied mathematician with a passion for leading high-impact initiatives and solving complex technical problems. She has built predictive systems for Fortune 500 companies resulting in billions in revenue and multiple patents.
Joel Ward

Joel Ward: Joel Ward is a Canadian native who graduated from UPEI in 2006 with a bachelor in Sociology. Joel has played for NHL teams including the Washington Capitals, Minnesota Wilds, Nashville Predators, and San Jose’s beloved sharks. Joel has grown heights in his career which began in the OHL with the Owen Sound Platers. He has since retired but has still left a lasting impression on hockey fans across the world, especially in San Jose.
Kechy Eke

Kechy Eke is a Product Manager at Google who works on monetization for Youtube Premium Entertainment and Sports. She graduated from Sacramento State University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and received her first masters in Computer Science at USC and her second masters in Business Administration at MIT. She then worked for IBM for more than 8 years. At her time there she served as a Software Developer, Support Team Technical Lead, and Cloud Specialist. She also interned at Jumia Nigeria in Operations and Marketing Management. Now, she works at google and is passionate about building user friendly products that improve lives.
Obinna Anusiem

Obinna Anusiem is the CEO and Founder of NGEX, a
provider of Data, Platforms and Analytics that enable clients engage and drive awareness with audiences in the African Diaspora and Africa. He has interests in Data, Technology and Marketing. He is also the founder of Club 14, a group of professionals in Silicon Valley focused on identifying social and financial resources that enrich and improve their well-being.
Club '14 also invests actively in startups, VCs, businesses and other opportunities in the Diaspora and Africa. Investments by members include Paystack, Cowrywise, San Francisco property, Ingressive Capital, Oui Capital, Semicolon and others. He has prior experience in Finance and Engineering roles at several multinational companies including Intel, Goodrich, Ford Motor Company and General Motors. He also has an MBA from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University in Michigan and a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Port-Harcourt.

Olayinka’s career has been at the intersection of business and impact, and he is committed to finding business solutions to social problems.
Olayinka has worked in enterprise cloud at Cisco & at a late-stage fintech startup. Olayinka is the founder of www.Seren.cc, a pre-seed B2B startup helping hybrid employees build informal relationships in hybrid work. He has an MBA from UC Berkeley, and enjoys discovering new music, writing poems, visiting new cities and eating spicy, often Nigerian food.

Vice President at JABIL received students at JABIL in San Jose, CA. He welcomed all the students and gave a brief speech on JABIL and his teams involvement to the company's success.
Project Coordinator, Sean Thompson at JABIL gave a tour of the facility and a history of the company and products made by JABIL for different companies.

Tosin Falasinnu Manager, Product Quality Apple hosted Students at Apple HQ (Apple Visitors Store) at Cupertino, CA.
Tosin gave a tour of the Apple Loop to all students present and spoke about his journey to becoming an Apple Manager.
